We use a combination of Thai, Shiatsu, Ayurveda and Swedish massage. Our therapist will use a medium to deep pressure depending on your preference to ensure the experience is tailored to your needs on the day.

The treatment also uses gentle manipulation of the limbs which ensures you leave feeling invigorated and energetic.

The use of our cold pressed organic oils nourish, protect and moisturise your skin.
