Join us from 8:30am and unwind in our award winning hydrotherapy facilities. Immerse yourself in the warming pool waters, relax in the soothing thermal rooms and refresh in the cooling ice room and experience showers. Plus, enjoy a sumptuous 30 minute Massage or  Facial and lunch at The Zen Garden.

Includes:
- Arrival & welcome at SenSpa at 8.30am
- 2 course lunch in Thai Zen Garden Restaurant with a glass of wine or soft drink
- Use of the SenSpa Hydrotherapy & Health Club Facilities
- 30 minute Treatment

Monday to Friday £149.00 per person
Saturday and Sunday £169.00 per person

Experience will finish at 1.30 pm.
