Our popular Sen Sound Sessions have returned to SenSpa for 2026 to offer you more opportunities to relax and revitalise.

What Are Sen Sound Sessions?

A unique aquatic sound experience, each session promises an immersive journey into relaxation, escapism and playful exploration through ambient underwater sounds and floating on water. Playing music under water gives sound a profound and unique quality for a more sensory auditory experience during your session.

Relating to each new full moon, these monthly sessions offer something different on each visit - maximising the earth's energy to connect with the natural cycles of life and help you feel your best.

Return to Centre with the Wolf Moon

The Wolf Moon invites us into a moment of reflection, release, and renewal - a chance to align with the instinct, strength, and fresh beginnings it symbolizes. Rooted in the grounding energy of the Root Chakra, this lunar phase reminds us of our sense of safety, belonging, and connection to the earth beneath us. At the same time, it awakens the Third Eye Chakra, opening pathways of vision, clarity, and purpose as we step into a new year. Together, these energies offer a balance between stability and insight, encouraging us to let go of what no longer serves us and step forward with intention and strength.

Session 1 – 7:45pm – 10:10pm

Arrival at 7.45pm for your 40 minute float at 8.00pm and use the spa facilities until 10.10pm.

Session 2 – 8.00pm – 10.10pm

Arrival at 8.00pm and use the spa facilities before and after your 40 minute float at 8.45pm. Spa closes at 10.10pm.

Session 3 - 8.15pm - 10.10pm

Arrival at 8.15pm to use the spa facilities followed by a 40 minute float from 9.30pm to 10.10pm.
