Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your membership with SenSpa ("the Spa"). By purchasing a membership, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Membership Eligibility: 1.1. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 and above. 1.2. Membership is non-transferable and can only be used by the named member. 1.3 The membership fees are determined by SenSpa and are subject to alteration with a 30-day prior notice. 1.4 SenSpa reserves the right to reject or refuse membership applications without providing a reason.

2. Membership Benefits: 2.1. Membership entitles you to access hydrotherapy facilities and specified treatments as outlined in your membership package. 2.2. The Spa reserves the right to modify or add to the list of available treatments at any time without prior notice. 2.3. Members may have the option to upgrade their treatments for an additional fee, subject to availability.

3. Membership Fees & Termination: 3.1. Memberships commence on the 1st of every month and fees are paid by direct debit payments. 3.2. Monthly direct debit payments will be debited from your nominated bank account on the 1st of each month. Please note that a minimum commitment of 3 months is required for direct debit memberships. After this period, the membership will continue indefinitely unless terminated with a written notice of at least 30 days. 3.3. Direct debit memberships may be paused for up to 3 months with 30 days written notice. Part months may not be paused. 3.4. The Spa reserves the right to revise membership fees with 30 day prior notice.

4. Booking and Cancellation of Appointments: 4.1. All treatments must be booked in advance, subject to availability Monday - Thursday . 4.2. A cancellation fee may apply if a booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. 4.3. Membership cancellation requires 30 days prior written notice. 4.4. Any treatment or session cancellations made without at least 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the session.

5. Spa Etiquette: 5.1. Members must adhere to the Spa's dress code and behaviour policy at all times. 5.2. Appropriate swimwear must be worn in the hydrotherapy and thermal rooms. 5.3. The use of mobile phones and cameras is prohibited in the spa to maintain privacy and tranquillity. If a mobile phone must be used in an emergency, it should be set to silent mode. 5.4. Food and drink consumed on the premises must be purchased from the Spa's facilities.

6. Health and Safety: 6.1. Members are required to complete a health questionnaire and disclose any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their treatment or hydrotherapy session. 6.2. The Spa reserves the
right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe for the member's health. 6.3. Members are responsible for the security of their valuables. The Spa shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. 6.4. Special
requirements related to physical disabilities, allergies, or other medical conditions should be communicated to the Spa in advance to ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.

7. Membership Usage: 7.1. Treatments and hydrotherapy sessions must be used within the month and cannot be carried over to the following month. 7.2. Memberships start on the 1st of the month, regardless of the enrolment date. 7.3. Guests may only use the inclusions that have been paid for within the current month.

8. Changes to Opening Hours and Spa Closure: 8.1. The Spa reserves the right to change its opening hours upon giving 14 days' notice to members. 8.2. The Spa may close for maintenance or emergencies without recompense to members.

9. Liability: 9.1. The Spa shall not be liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings. 9.2. The Spa shall not be liable for any injury or loss suffered by members unless caused by the Spa's negligence. 9.3. Members are responsible for their own safety and should follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the Spa staff during treatments and facility use.

10. Termination of Membership: 10.1. The Spa reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of these Terms or for any other reason deemed appropriate. 10.2. In the event of membership termination, no refund of membership fees will be provided.

11. Dispute Resolution: 11.1. Any disputes regarding the interpretation of rules will be determined by the Spa Director, whose decision is final.

12. Amendments: 12.1. SenSpa may amend these terms with at least 30 days written notice to members.

By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
